Returns & Refunds Policy
At Carry Maison, we want every purchase to feel clear, considered, and comfortable. Before placing an order, please take a moment to review the product photos, description, measurements, and notes carefully so you know what to expect.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, with all packaging and included items kept intact. We kindly ask that you handle and inspect the item with care so it remains returnable if needed.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@carrymaison.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number in the message.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and simple return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is covered by Carry Maison for approved returns. Please use the return label and instructions provided by our team so your return can be tracked properly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days after the returned item has passed inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refund visible in your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We may be unable to accept a return if the item has been used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned without its original packaging or included items.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
