We do not sell on behalf of any brand, and our products do not come with official brand authentication, official brand warranty, or official brand after-sales service.

If you are looking for a brand-authenticated product with official boutique service, we recommend purchasing directly from the official brand boutique or an authorized retailer.

Why are your prices more accessible?

Our prices reflect our independent sourcing model, our non-authorized retail position, and our focus on boutique bags rather than official luxury retail pricing.

We do not position our products as official boutique items, and we do not charge official boutique prices.

This allows us to offer elegant, design-driven handbags at a more accessible price point for customers who value the overall look, structure, and everyday use of a bag.

Will the item look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to present each product clearly through photos, descriptions, and product details.

However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography angles, material texture, or production variation.

For example, leather grain, hardware tone, stitching, shape, or color may appear slightly different in person compared with photos.

Can I request real photos before placing an order?

Can I ask questions before buying?

You can ask us about size, color, material, hardware tone, weight, interior layout, packaging, real photos, shipping time, and return policy.

We would rather help you understand the product before purchase than have you order with unclear expectations.

Do your products come with official brand warranty or authentication?

No.

Our products do not include official brand warranty, official brand authentication, official boutique repair service, or any after-sales coverage provided by third-party brands.

Carry Maison provides its own customer support and return policy.

If official brand warranty, certification, or authorized repair service is important to you, please purchase through the relevant brand’s official boutique or an authorized retailer.

Are you affiliated with any luxury brands?

No.

Carry Maison has no affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or official retail relationship with any third-party luxury brand.

Any brand names, model references, or style descriptions are used only to help customers understand the style or category of a product.

Carry Maison operates independently.

Can I pick up my order in person?

At the moment, we mainly operate online.

Local pickup in Paris may be available by appointment only in limited cases. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to ask about pickup availability.

Walk-in pickup is not available without prior confirmation.

For most orders, we recommend standard tracked shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including France, most European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat shipping rate of $13.10 USD applies to all orders.

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges may apply depending on your country and local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time:

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • International orders: usually 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local carrier speed, public holidays, and other logistics conditions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes.

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories where applicable.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at hello@carrymaison.com with:

  • The email address used for the order
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if there is a quality issue or damage

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after the return has been received and checked.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a quality issue?

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a significant quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution based on the situation.

What if I am very sensitive to small details?

Every customer has different expectations.

Some customers care mainly about the overall look and daily use of a bag. Others pay close attention to leather texture, hardware color, stitching, edge finish, structure, weight, or small finishing details.

If you are very sensitive to these details, please contact us before placing an order. We can answer questions and, when available, provide additional real photos before purchase.

We want every order to be placed with clear understanding.

Do you restock sold-out styles?

Some styles may be restocked, but availability is not guaranteed.

If a product is sold out or you are looking for a specific style, you can email us at hello@carrymaison.com with the subject line: Wishlist Request.

Please include the product name, product link, or a description of the style you are looking for.

Can I request a specific style?

Yes.

If you are looking for a specific handbag style that is not currently listed, you may contact us by email.

Please include as much detail as possible, such as style name, size, color, material, hardware preference, reference photo, or product link.

We cannot guarantee availability, but we will let you know if we are able to source a similar item.

Are payments secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through secure checkout providers. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as available payment options shown at checkout.

Carry Maison does not store your full card details directly.
