Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Every bag is inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to make sure it arrives in good condition.
How returns work
We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a no-questions-asked return. Return shipping is covered by us.Refund timeline
