Taking Care of Your Bag

A handbag is more than an everyday accessory — it's something you carry with you over time. With the right care and handling, it can hold its appearance and condition for much longer.

Care Recommendations

To help extend the life of your bag, we recommend the following:

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, or damp environments.

Keep the bag away from oils, perfumes, alcohol-based products, and dark fabrics to reduce the risk of staining or discoloration.

When not in use, store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space.

Avoid consistently overloading the bag beyond its intended capacity, as this can affect the shape and structure over time.

For everyday cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.

Different materials may require different care approaches. We recommend caring for each bag based on its specific material and how it's used day to day.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Carry Maison sources products from long-term partner factories and various supply channels around the world. Before every order ships, we carry out a basic inspection covering:

Bag structure and shape

Packaging integrity

As products may come from different production batches or supply channels, minor variations between individual pieces are normal and do not affect the bag's functionality or everyday use.

After-Sales Support

If you receive an item with a significant quality issue, an incorrect product, or damage caused during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
