Order Placed
We receive your order and begin preparing the item you selected.
Prepared & Checked
The actual item prepared for your order is reviewed before dispatch.
You See It First
We send you photos of the actual piece prepared for your order.
Then We Ship
Once everything is ready, we arrange delivery and provide tracking.
Your order gives us the starting point.
Once your order is placed, we receive the style, color, size and other options you selected and begin preparing the item for your order.
Preparation times can vary by style. If availability or preparation timing changes, we will contact you about the next step.

Once the item is ready, we review its overall condition and the visible details that matter most.
Different styles and materials require attention to different details. If we notice an obvious issue during the check, we deal with it before the order moves forward.

After the pre-shipment check, we send you photos of the actual item prepared for your order.
You are not limited to the product photos on the website. You can look at the color, shape, hardware, stitching, interior and other visible details on the piece intended for you.
If something in the photos gives you pause, tell us before dispatch. We will review it with you before the order moves forward.
You see it first. Then we ship.
Once everything is ready, we arrange delivery.
Tracking information is sent once it becomes available, so you can follow the shipment after dispatch.
If the tracking status looks unusual or you need help while the parcel is in transit, our customer care team is here to help.

Many Carry Maison orders are prepared and fulfilled through independent partners based in China.
Preparation time, dispatch location and shipping method can vary depending on the item. Two orders placed on the same day may therefore not always leave at the same time.
