Will the item look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent each product accurately through detailed photos and descriptions. That said, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are possible due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and natural production variation.

A flat shipping rate of $13.10 USD applies to all orders. Delivery within France takes 2–5 business days; international orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

A flat rate of $13.10 USD applies to every order. No hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?

Within France: 2–5 business days. Outside France: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Return shipping is on us.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@carrymaison.com with the subject line "Return Request" and your order number. Once approved, we'll send a return label and instructions. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are items checked before they ship?

Yes. Every order goes through a basic inspection before dispatch — covering overall appearance, structure, hardware, stitching, and packaging — to make sure it arrives in good condition.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

Customs fees and import taxes vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Carry Maison has no control over these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure system.

Are these officially branded luxury bags?

No. Carry Maison is an independent boutique bag retailer and has no affiliation with or authorization from any luxury brand. If you're looking for brand-authenticated product, please purchase directly through official brand boutiques or authorized retailers.

Can I join a waitlist or request a style?

Yes. If there's a style you're interested in that isn't currently listed or is out of stock, email us at hello@carrymaison.com with the subject line "Waitlist Request" or "Wishlist" and a description of the style you're looking for. We'll add you to our list and reach out as soon as it becomes available.
